Shipping policy

Shipping and Handling 

All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

For shipping within Australia, all domestic shipping is calculated at checkout and depending on the size and value of artwork. Shipping includes tracking and insurance. 

International Shipping

A select amount of items may be available for international shipping. Please contact Lu & Bee directly for all international inquiries. 

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lu & Bee is not responsible for these fees and charges if they are applied as the responsibility is the customers. 

Please note that Lu & Bee do not offer a click and collect service.
